RETURN POLICY: Returns on defective products

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise authorization (RMA) number. NO returns will be accepted without a RMA number and NO returns will be accepted via COD. Please have the following information available when requesting an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, contact phone number and the nature of the problem. To request an RMA number please call (425) 487-9818 or send an email to rma@slktechnologies.com

All defective products must be shipped to SLK technologies with freight prepaid. SLK technologies will credit, exchange or repair the product at SLK technologies' discretion. Shipping and handling charges of repaired or exchanged items to the customer will be paid by SLK technologies. We will designate a shipping means and carrier at the time an RMA is issued.

Returns on non-defective products

All non-defective products must be shipped to SLK technologies with freight prepaid. All non-defective products returns must be returned within 7 days of the invoice and be 100% complete, in resalable condition, and including all original packaging material. Special order products are non returnable for credit or exchange. No returns will be accepted for opened software products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Downloadable Software products

Based on the nature of downloadable software products sold by SLK Technologies, once downloaded &/or a license has been delivered the product is non returnable for exchange, credit or refund. We apologize for this however the manufactures we represent have established policy for software delivered via the downloadable delivery system.

WARRANTIES:

Hardware:
All hardware products supplied by SLK technologies carry manufacturers warranties only. Defective products that are end of life or on allocation will be sent to the manufacturer for repair/ replacement at SLK technologies' expense. Please ask about your specific hardware items for a full disclosure of there warranty. We will do our best to get you the information you desire.

Software:
Software products supplied by SLK technologies carry manufacturers warranties only.  The specific warranty data can be reviewed at the manufacturers web site.  Follow are web site links to view the manufacture warranty information.  If however you find yourself needing help or more clarification please send an email to rma@SLKtechnologies.com We will do our best to help you obtain all the information you desire.
